It has been a long AG related day! I finally got through to AG and got the Jess for Nellie transaction sorted out. The CS person I spoke to was really nice and told me about the BB Choc Cherry set and the free ship code. She told me to go to collectcodes.com to find it but this didn't work for me at all.

Well, called back to order the Choc Cherry set and tried to use the Free Ship code from HB. The CS lady accepted it at first then put me on hold and said it was not good after all. She kind of tricked me because she asked for the key code on my catalog which is not the Free Ship code--never made that connection until now by the way! So I got totally caught trying to get free shipping. How embarrassing! She also asked where I got the code so I told her that the CS person from earlier in the day gave me a hint.

I regret doing this so much because I hope that lady doesn't get in trouble! I also hope I haven't spoiled the Free Shipping for the rest of you either! Do you think I did?
